They Might Be Monkeys strives to put the most well educated and highly trained crew possible to work on our clients’ trees.  We employ our crewmembers on a full time basis with an emphasis on continuing education and upward mobility in the tree care industry. As our employees develop we prepare them to become Certified Tree Workers.  Once they meet the requirement of 18 months experience in the industry they have the skills and experience necessary to pass the hands on skills test and written exam for this certification. Once they have three years of experience they will have be ready to test for the certification of ISA Certified Arborist. Helping each and every one of our employees to reach this goal is very important to us. We provide a job site supervisor with ISA Certified Arborist qualifications on all of our sites.
